chicken with kale porridge-recipe for my 15months toddler
Kale is an excellent vegetable! so I usually have it on hand for babies. this is a simple recipe. frozen kale, couple chicken bones, whole chicken drumstick, couple carrot.
1. saute the mince garlic, ginger with olive oil
2. throw in chicken bones, chicken drumstick add some water to cook the chicken stock.
3. add in carrots.
4. slow heat cook it for maybe 2 hours plus. take the drumstick out let it cold.
5. add in rice and cook it in the stock.add in frozen kale, cook for couple minutes. sprinkle some salt.
6. let's the porridge cool little bit, shredded chicken . done!
