Pizza Dough Recipe
Active Yeast -1 1/4 teaspoon yeast
Warm water -1 cup - 105 degree/40 c
2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 cup of flour
2 tablespoon of olive oil
mix yeast in warm water with sugar and salt first.
let it sit for about 10 mins to make sure it bubble up
then add in 1 cup of flour and mix it for couple minutes, then add in the rest of the flour.
mix for 15mins until the dough is smooth.
put it in oven for at least an hour, cover with clear wrap . spray the dough surface with some olive oil .
After it rise for at least double the size, it is time to knee it down again, roll it flat .
Bake the flat pizza crust for 450 for 8mins.
Take it out and put all your favor topping, bake it for another 8 mins .
